When should I book my picnic?

We recommend booking your picnic at least 2 weeks in advance. However, don’t hesitate to reach out if your event date is sooner. Our reservations fill up quickly, so the earlier, the better! If you don’t see your preferred date or time available online, give us a shout—there’s a good chance we can make it work!

What's included in the picnic package?

Our picnic packages are all-inclusive! You’ll get set-up and break-down services, plus plates, flatware, drinkware, napkins, placemats, candles, candle holders, silk flowers, a table runner, and cozy pillows. Everything you need for a perfect picnic!

How long does the picnic last?

Our standard picnic duration is 2 hours. Need more time to soak in the fun? You can extend your picnic for just $75 per hour.

How many people can you accommodate?

Our picnic can accommodate up to 10 people, depending on your choice of design. Check out our table design page for more details and find the perfect fit for your group!

Will food be provided?

While food isn’t included in the standard package, it can be added on. Feel free to bring your own delicious snacks! Just a heads up—some public parks have alcohol restrictions, and we ask that you avoid red wine or anything else that could stain our rental items.

Where can I have my picnic?

You can picnic almost anywhere—public parks, your home, or even your backyard! However, we can't set up on national parkland, and some locations may require permits. If you’re unsure about your location, just ask us!

What happens if there is inclement weather the day of my picnic?

No worries if the weather turns! We can move your picnic indoors or reschedule it within 90 days for any available date. However, we won’t be able to completely cancel the picnic once booked. If we need to reschedule due to weather, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If you decide to cancel due to weather forecasts, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation or booking with at least two weeks (14 days) notice before the scheduled event date, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. 

 

Cancellations made with less than two weeks (14 days) notice before the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time, payable via Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your scheduled picnic.

What if I’m late to my picnic?

Your booked timeframe starts and ends at the scheduled times, regardless of your arrival. If you need extra time, you can extend your picnic for $75 per hour, subject to availability.

What locations do you serve?

We proudly serve the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia). For locations outside of this area, a mileage fee of $1 per mile will be added to your invoice.
